is a scholar and specialist in the field of Islamic jurisprudence. He taught at Al-Zaytouna University, Al-Asmariya University, and the University of Tripoli in subjects related to Islamic law, preparing and publishing scientific research in a number of refereed scientific journals at home and abroad, and supervised many scientific theses and discussed them in a number of Libyan universities.
His Eminence holds a BA in Arabic language and Islamic studies from the University of Tripoli, a master’s degree in Islamic jurisprudence from Al-Marqab University, and a PhD in Islamic jurisprudence from the University of Tripoli.
Honorable Mr. Magdy El-Amin Ahmed El-Amin

is a specialist in Islamic financial studies and one of those working in Islamic finance in Libya. He worked as a teacher at the Higher Center for Administrative Professions, the National Institute of Management, and the College of Islamic Call, and a certified trainer at the Libyan Association for Islamic Finance and the General Council of Banks and Islamic Financial Institutions, and contributed to the preparation of standards and Islamic banking systems for the Central Bank of Libya.
His Eminence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tripoli, a postgraduate diploma in financial planning from the Planning Institute for Graduate Studies, and a master’s degree in Islamic Banking from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Amman.–Jordan.
His Eminence Dr. Sultan Ibrahim Khalifa Al-Hashemi

Nationality: Libyan
is a scholar specializing in the jurisprudence of financial transactions and in the field of Sharia and Islamic studies. He worked as an assistant dean for postgraduate studies and scientific research at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qatar University, and chaired and was a member of a number of different committees as a representative of the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qatar University, and membership in committees In the various institutions of the State of Qatar, and published many researches in the field of Islamic studies in scientific journals, and published many books in the field of Islamic financial and banking transactions.
His Eminence holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia and Islamic studies from Qatar University, and a Master’s degree in the jurisprudence of financial transactions from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh.–Kingdom of Saudi Arabia And a PhD in the jurisprudence of financial transactions from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Riyadh–Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
