This service keeps you constantly informed about all the transactions on your account, including deposits and withdrawals. Subscription to the service is automatic upon opening the account. You can request it by sending a message to the number (20002).
Writing format:
English letters can be uppercase or lowercase, it doesn’t matter.
Press one space.
Write your account number without any symbols.
Send it to 20002.
NUB1: Balance inquiry.
NUB2: Inquiry about the last three transactions.
NUB3: Inquiry about your IBAN (your IBAN number).
NUB4: Inquiry about your data in the Nooran Bank system.
To update your banking information,
follow the steps shown in the attached image below, starting from left to right in the following order:
NUB9.
Space.
Your bank account number in dinars*.
National ID number*.
Valid passport*.
Phone number linked to the national ID.
