Holds a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Bradford, UK (2005),

and a Higher Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Birmingham (2003).
He has held numerous leadership positions and board memberships in various institutions and companies.

He is currently serving as the Director of the Financial Markets Department at the Central Bank of Libya.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy, University of Portland, and has held several high-level positions within the Qatar Investment Authority. He is currently a senior    Consultant in strategies and investment guidance at Qatar Investment Authority.

He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Applied Sciences in Jordan in 2009. He worked in several positions, the last one was the head of investment accounts at the Qatar Investment Authority until this date.

Certified Internal Control Specialist (CICS) (American Institute of Internal Controls – ICI), 2024.

Held several positions, including Back Office Manager at North Africa Commercial Bank – Beirut , and Manager of the Information Technology Department at North Africa Commercial Bank – Beirut.

Currently working as Deputy Manager of the Internal Audit Department at the Libyan Foreign Bank.
