Meeting of the General Assembly
With the grace and success of God, the Ordinary General Assembly of Nuran Bank was held on Wednesday 03/29/2022 AD, in the presence of representatives of shareholders, a representative of Central Bank of Libya and our Bank Sharia Supervisory Board. Representative of the Office of the External Auditor. During the meeting, the financial statements and final accounts were approved as they are on 12/31/2022 AD, as we considered the first bank to have its financial statements approved for the year 2022 AD, and on this occasion we extend our thanks to Central Bank of Libya, our bank shareholders and board of directors for their support, and we wish them success and for our bank more progress and prosperity.
