Performance Management


We focus on supporting your development throughout your career. Because if you have the right tools to achieve the results and bring out the best in you, our performance will be much better.

To accomplish this, we employ performance management as an ongoing process. Where we will set targets for you at the beginning of each year, and we will provide support and report the results of your performance towards these targets. This will include two (2) formal assessment of performance at least annually. We firmly believe that performance management is a mutual responsibility, where your feedback is a very important part of the process.

We will acknowledge your skills and contribution to our success and we reward it. It will be different according to your job and your location.
