The Central Bank of Libya issues a card (Master Card and Visa) at a value of $100,000 annually

In order to facilitate trade entrepreneurs, owners of individual licenses, and industrial and service companies, you can now go to one of our branches to start submitting documents to obtain a classic or platinum visa and apply for buying currency up to $100,000 from the annual allowance.
