Launching the electronic reservation system
Dear customers, you can apply, starting next Saturday at 9 am, to purchase foreign currency, whether (charging a Visa card or a Money Gram transfer) through the electronic reservation system of Nuran Bank.
We note that the application will be accepted by each customer and its branch in which the account was opened, taking into account the following points:
First: When entering and registering with the system for the first time to create your account:
🔹 The registration must be (with your new account number in the local currency).
🔹 It must be (your phone number is the one registered with it when opening the account in the branch for the first time)
🔹 The entire value of the currency purchase must be deposited in the account in advance.
Second: When you start filling out the purchase request form (Visa or MoneyGram):
🔹 The data is correct, and the customer’s phone number is correct and linked to the national number.
🔹 Filling out the MoneyGram form in the (name field) of the sender and recipient (in English and identical to the passport) is extremely necessary to complete the procedure.
Third: (charge the visa)
🔹 Regarding (visa cards) the account holder must appear in person after submission, in order to approve the shipment request or to request the issuance of a new visa card.
Fourth: (moneygram transfer)
🔹 Delivery of the MoneyGram transfer number will be the next day from the date of the booking day in the system that was determined, at midday; With the need for the personal presence of the account holder to the branch, accompanied by copies of the passports of the sender and the recipient.
Note: For any review through the branches, personal attendance is required, accompanied by proof of identity, for each customer and the branch in which the account was opened for the first time.
